SONG REVIEW | "THE WATCHMAN"
Artist: Entice | Album: Let The Fire Come
Entice released their album "Let The Fire Come" on May 29 with a record release party at the Galaxy Theater in Santa Ana. Before the album was released, I had already picked out two songs that were my favorites and even after listening to the entire album they are still my favorites - "Who's Got Your Money" and "The Watchman." Both songs are total opposites, you have the upbeat and super rambunctious "Who's Got Your Money" and the soft tone of "The Watchman."
I remember asking the band about their song "The Watchman" and how the movie "Watchmen" came out around the same time as the song. I thought it had some sort of tie. It didn't. The song would have fit nicely in the film though.
Upcoming shows: July 7 at the House of Blues, Anaheim and July 10 at the Maloof Money Cup at the O.C. Fairgrounds.
