Sugar Ray will accept the Orange County Impact Award, we will share in a very special memorial moment for the artists we've lost in 2009 and honor acclaimed music critic and historian Jim Washburn with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Red carpet arrival begins at 7pm. The show starts promptly at 8pm. An after-party moves into the Grove's Terra Rosa Room at 10pm.
